Diaphragm valves

Diaphragm valves are the all-rounders among valves. One of the major advantages is that only two components come into contact with the operating medium: the shut-off diaphragm and the valve body. Thanks to the hermetic separation between actuator and valve body, they are ideally suited for applications with special hygienic requirements.
Three different GEMÜ diaphragm valves for industrial applications.

Key features

  • Universally applicable: Suitable for high-purity to heavily contaminated and abrasive media.
  • Any flow direction: Facilitates installation in the pipework.
  • Hermetic separation between medium and drive: Allows for very good cleanability of all components in contact with the medium.
  • Typical operation media: Neutral and aggressive media, Clean and dirty, abrasive media, Liquids and gases, Slurries, powder and dust
